RETURNS POLICY:

 

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days (from the date you receive your package). 

All jewelry and hats are FINAL SALE. We do not offer exchange or store credit for jewelry or hats.

Due to our free & low cost shipping costs you are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. 

If you return shoes they MUST be returned in a shipping box or poly mailer. If you put a shipping label on the actual shoe box there will be a 30% restocking fee charged. 

All return/exchange items must be in the same condition as you received them. We will not accept any items that have been washed or worn. We reserve the right to refuse any items not in the original condition. 

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT*

Once you place an order it can not be cancelled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue a store credit. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back for a store credit.

 

EXCHANGES:

Our inventory changes daily and therefor we cannot guarantee we will have the size you need by the time we receive you exchange. Please email us at amourboutiquepratville@gmail.com to reserve a size for exchange.
